Meet the Experts Driving Systemic Change
Alix Masson – Executive Director
Alix is an advocacy specialist, strategist, and coach with over 20 years of expertise in youth development, learning, and organizational development. Her career spans leadership roles in global and regional networks, where she has successfully designed strategies that empower organizations to drive systemic change.
Alix's coaching credentials (ICF-certified and member of International Association of NLP) and her passion for co-designing solutions have enabled her to guide organizations like the World Organization of the Scout Movement, VSO International, NEAR network, UNEP, and others toward sustainable growth and impactful results.
When not fostering partnerships or facilitating strategic positioning, Alix champions creative industries, youth empowerment, and cross-cultural collaboration. Fluent in French and English, she brings a global perspective to her work and thrives on connecting people to solve complex challenges.
Gregory Mwendwa – Principal Consultant
Gregg is a seasoned social innovation practitioner with more than 15 years of experience across sectors such as arts, technology, advocacy, and community development. He specializes in integrating participatory learning, human-centered design, and storytelling to develop creative solutions for complex social challenges.
Gregg's career highlights include leading the creation of the Panga Sanaa Fellowship, which has transformed leadership capacities within Kenya's creative sector, and delivering strategic frameworks for organizations like Santuri East Africa and Crime Si Poa. As a certified trainer in Hope-Based Communications and Design Thinking, Gregg’s unique approach bridges arts, culture and communication with systemic innovation.
Driven by a commitment to equity and creativity, Gregg designs programs that empower youth, creatives, activists, and communities to lead and solve problems. Fluent in English, Swahili, Sheng’ and Kamba and deeply engaged with African cultural heritage, he fosters solutions that are as practical as they are visionary.
